All the training programs designed for the organization must be inclusive of every organizational member to participate mandatorily. There must be specific training objectives to be fulfilled by every trainee in the organization. Therefore, there must be customized training objectives for trainee employees to work in specific roles like managerial or subordinate positions. Every trainee’s skills must be analyzed before, during and after training by conduction of fair tests. After the results obtained from the answers given by the trainees in the tests, there can be thorough reviews of each trainee done.
